Refund policy
Eligible Returns
We accept returns only for items that are defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly.
- Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- For shipments lost in transit, claims must be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
- Verified issues caused by us will be resolved at no cost, including replacement or refund.
Important: Please email us at zioneclothing.info@gmail.com with photos and order details before returning any item. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
Sizing & Fit
Returns based on sizing preferences cannot be accepted.
- Each product page includes a detailed size guide — please compare with a similar item you own.
- Customers are responsible for confirming sizes before purchase.
Return Process
- Once approved, return items to the address we provide.
- We will notify you by email when your return has been received.
- Items unclaimed after 28 days may be donated or otherwise disposed of.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
- If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility after providing the correct information.
Unclaimed Shipments
- Orders returned due to non-collection will also require payment for reshipment.
Right to Refuse
ZIONE reserves the right to decline any return or exchange at our discretion, including:
- Items returned without prior approval or communication.
- Requests outside the scope of this policy.
Governing Law
This policy is written and interpreted in English, regardless of any translations provided for convenience.
